Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

Quick Uber/lyft to everything Pittsburgh especially Carson Street fun. Great views of the Cathedral of learning and everything Oakland. You will also enjoy views of the Birmingham Bridge and the south side flats. Southside Park is right behind the property. If you enjoy nature walks Southside Park is the largest untouched nature reserve in the city. The almost famous Pittsburgh city stairs system is also accessible from our street. Come explore the Southside slopes!

One of the few furnished rentals on Grandview Ave, the famous road with million dollar views in Pittsburgh! Completely remodeled to the studs as a short-term rental, our place exudes Pittsburgh charm. We're just a block from Shiloh St., with 10+ bars & restaurants, but you're always able to cook at our fully stocked kitchen!

Carnegie is conveniently located 10min to downtown, pnc park, acrisure stadium, ppg paints arena, 25min to the pavilion at starlake & 20min to the airport. The apartment is loaded with comfy furnishings, kitchen basics, keurig, private parking, smart lock, wifi and streaming services. We have ring cameras on the front porch and facing the parking lot off the back deck.

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).

Our place is very open and bright and has a lot of windows with a great view of the sunset. Located in a small but active neighborhood about 5 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh, you will be within a short walking distance of many Restaurants as well as Local Shops and Bars. We also have a PAT Transit Trolley stop across the street for easy access to Town, Rivers Casino, Sporting events and more!
