This cozy home gives you the best of both worlds, surrounded by mature forest with an ocean view. Take in the view from the private patio off the master bedroom or the patio, off the living room. Watch the birds from the patios by day. On a clear night, you'll experience a quiet star filled sky and perhaps spot a bat or two. Away from traffic noise, this is a quiet getaway. Sitting on three acres with complete privacy. Home was built in the 1940s and perched over Maple Bay with incredible panoramic views. Ocean, mountains, rain forest, wildlife and constant sun throughout the day makes this retreat like no other. Home is very accessible, private, has a cottage feel, natural landscape, ample private parking, close to all amenities and heated pool from June to mid October.
