Fully loaded kitchen & large dining room make meals at home easy, but Gulfport also has a wide array of dining options including seafood, Italian, French, Greek & more. (Adults only please as we are waterfront w/ a pool)

Our place is cozy, private and very convenient to all Gulfport and St. Petersburg has to offer. Great location!! This one-bedroom cottage has just been recently renovated. It's two blocks from Stetson University Law, 5 min walk. Ride a bike or drive to Gulfport waterfront and the best beaches in the country in 5 minutes. Fabulous downtown St. Petersburg with all of its art and culture and the hip Edge District is also 10 minutes away. The scenic Pinellas bike trail is literally in our backyard.

The property is 5 blocks from downtown Gulfport, with waterfront restaurants, bars, arts district, unique shopping, and beach. Close access to new tennis courts, bayside beach and minutes away from modern downtown St. Petersburg, and world-famous beaches. We are not set up to host pets or children and no unaccounted for guests.

Flamingo corner is less than 3 miles to beautiful Upham and St. Pete beaches! Downtown St Pete and the Tampa Bay are just over 5 miles away. We are so close to everything, you will never be bored!
