Stocked kitchenette, private bedroom and designated work space w wifi. Wifi & wifi speaker, smoke detectors, Co2 detectors, electric fireplace. Although the kitchenette doesn’t have a sink/water there is a Deer Park water cooler with hot & cold water, and supplies under bathroom sink to use for dish washing.

This spacious one bedroom unit attached to our house has private entrance, full bath and kitchen, in unit washer/dryer. The place is minutes away from shopping, dinning, parks and beach. You will be located north of Baltimore, easy access to major highways, 25 minutes to Inner Harbor and Downtown, 15 minutes to Gunpowder Falls State Park, 5 minutes to White Marsh mall. The place also has a huge area to park RVs, boats, and multiple cars.

Enjoy your private apartment and deck on the water or come sit down by the waterfront and watch the Ospreys, herons, ducks and the occasional eagle. Fishing off the pier and possible small boat docking available. We are close to Rocky Point golf club, Baltimore yacht club, 20 minutes from Camden Yards and M&T stadium. We are 38 minutes from BWI. You will have private parking in a quiet safe neighborhood. Sorry, no pets allowed.
