romantic experience in the center of amsterdam. a quite and private place near Rijksmuseum and famous squares. the boat has a bathroom,one bedroom and a couch for sleeping so there is room for four persons and is private !tv and internet are available and the kitchen has an oven and microwave ready to use. the neighbourhood has nice restaurants, bars, shops and around the corner walking five minutes along the beautiful reguliersgracht you enter the rembrandtplein. this is a remodeled houseboat that still has its historic character. built in 1920, it was used to transport potatoes, sand, and all manner of food and industrial goods. the pictures show one of the original families that lived and worked on the boat in all of Holland. it is one of the best preseved houseboats of its age in Amsterdam.

Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.
