Pheasant’s Rest, cosy hideaway, dog friendly

Our caravan, disguised as a cosy cabin, nestles to the side of our garden and has been totally restyled. Self check-in and a private entrance makes it easy to social distance, with footpaths and woodland all around there is an abundance of open space. In addition to following the enhance cleaning and sanitisation protocol, we are also keeping a 1 day window before and after each booking. Secluded, dog friendly and situated in walking distance of Bucks Mills beach and the South West Coast Path.

Sit outside , enjoy a takeaway and a glass or two 🙂 Only two-and-a-half miles to the very famous Hartland Quay beach, and absolutely stunning coastal walks. There is a nice cafe+ 3 Pubs that all serve excellent food within the village,so plenty of choice without having to drive!! within 5 mins of the annexe you can be walking down the vale which is a beautiful place to walk and unwind.

Coppingers Cottage – Coastal Farm Retreat

Coppingers Cottage is a charming rustic retreat nestled on Galsham Farm, surrounded by historic stone barns. This traditional barn conversion features a cosy log burner, wooden beams, and a private courtyard garden, making it the perfect rural getaway. The cottage takes its name from local folklore, with tales of the notorious smuggler "Cruel Coppinger" who is rumoured to have stayed here. With the peaceful surroundings of farmland and woodlands, this is a place where you can truly unwind

Perhaps getting older on the outside but beautiful on the inside. We have just completely gutted her throughout and rebuilt her in the style of a shepherds hut providing spacious, light and welcoming accommodation with your own private fenced garden from where you can walk to the village for a meal, pint or G & T.

This quaint detached barn is full of character and peace (no WIFI). There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The cosy sitting area opens out onto an attractive patio and grassy area. Sorry no pets

The Granary at Linton Farm, Welcombe

The Granary is a cosy cottage for two in a beautiful hamlet that is part of the North Devon AONB. The stunning beach of Welcombe Mouth is within walking distance, starting from the public footpath at the bottom of the garden. Tucked behind Linton farmhouse, overlooking farmland, with distant sea views it is a great place for walking, surfing, mountain biking or just relaxing and watching the magnificent sunsets and amazing starry skies free from any light pollution.

The comfortable, Milking Parlour cottage, with its south-facing terrace, barbecue, and cross-country views to the Atlantic, is one of Cheristow farm cottages, near Hartland Abbey and a wonderful stretch of the South West Coast Path. Very child-friendly, it has direct access to the play/picnic area. Guests can also use the spa room with its hot tub & sauna Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome @ £25 per dog, per stay of up to 7 nights.
