Paved driveway, central air, gas heat, washer & dryer, Warden Place Beach Club access. Linens and supplies included. No complicated Rental Agreement or Hefty Deposits: Guests are only required to acknowledge (in messages) to read “the house manual” that will be messaged to you before acceptance of inquiry.

Upstairs are two private bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed.
