Our Mayor of Philadelphia once resided near the block and has sponsored this block to keep it nice and neat. Our family has been local to Philadelphia for 30 years and we have renovated the entire building to feel refreshing and spacious while still being affordable. We personally make sure all sheets and towels are washed and clean with sanitizing spray throughout the whole unit after every stay. Space is spotless and we expect nothing less. It is probably cleaner than your own house lol!

Located on a quiet family friendly block in Haverford on the Main Line just off of Route 30/Lancaster Ave. This is a single family home that was converted into two separate apartments. You will have your own private entrance to a one bedroom apartment on the second floor.

The unit was freshly painted and, even though it is on the second floor, it has two large wall ac units to keep you cool as a cucumber in the hot weather and also have a heating component to keep everyone warm in the winter. There is a small dining area to eat the prepared foods made in a full walk in kitchen, or takeout food re-heated in the microwave. Also, the coffee is on us with the Keurig coffee maker.
