This independent 40 sqm apartment, fully renovated less than a year ago, offers bright, south-facing natural light. It features a double memory foam bed, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a leather sofa singol bed, and a Smart TV.with a decoder both Italian and international channels The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bidet. Located in central Hilversum, it’s connected to the host’s 1905 house, offering privacy and convenience. Fast Wi-Fi and safety features included.

Spacious and comfortably furnished house with a beautifull, sunny garden. The house has a modern cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Excellent wifi. It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of shops, forests and heath and near the Lakes of Loosdrecht. It is 30 minutes by car to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Schiphol. Public transport takes approximately one hour (return possible untill 23 hrs). The house is suitable for a family or couples, not for groups of young people.

Cozy 'Dutch Style' Loft in Hilversum

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

On ground floor, complete with private bathroom & toilet, separate entry, washing machine, and a small pantry with electric kettle, fridge, coffee maker, sandwich maker and a microwave. The guest house has NO kitchen and NO breakfast. The supermarkets, restaurants, city center, bus station, and train stations are within short walking distance. There is NO FREE PARKING nearby.

Maar ook als u voor zaken in het Gooi moet zijn bent u hier aan het goede adres; wij liggen centraal en zo'n 5 minuten van het Mediapark of het Arena park in Hilversum. ook de Keukenhof, Utrecht en Rotterdam zijn door de centrale ligging goed bereikbaar.

Amsterdam and Utrecht are 20 minutes away by train or car. The apartment is located near the center of Bussum with nice restaurants and shops. It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture.
