This convenient location is 30 minutes from ski resorts, 10 minutes from downtown, steps away from a park, cafe, yoga studio, and library. This unique building was once a factory powered by the nearby Mill Creek, and produced the world's first headphones. Now converted to art studios including: painting, glass, carpentry, music & more.

Salt Lake City, Holladay Area

This is a one bedroom apartment built on the side of a large rambler house on a corner lot. The apartment faces north and our house faces west. It has a private entrance, and a private driveway. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It was built from the ground up 11 years ago. We have a new puppy who is a very naughty little Jack Russell Terrier and has not yet learned not to bark at the doorbell or strange noises. If that will bother you a lot, this might not be a good fit.

Welcome to your own private get away in our 2 bedroom above ground basement apartment. Complete with lots of natural light and a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains! We are also located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Just a heads-up; our family lives upstairs, so you might hear the sounds of everyday life (like footsteps and running water), but we do our best to keep things quiet. Our space is clean, comfortable, convenient, and all yours! Looking forward to hosting you!

Modern Guest House 10 min from ski resorts!

This is a detached guest house! Private access, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 queen bed and sofa pull out. Close to little cottonwood canyon and public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, family/kids! I live in the house next door, and I'm a great area guide! I can show you around town, the mountains and give you all the good details about making your ski trip a memorable one!- or complete privacy if that’s what you prefer.

Mountain/Town Guest House

Our guest house is located in the heart of Holladay with walking distances to shops and restaurants and quick drives to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon and Millcreek Canyon for skiing and hiking. It's an 18 min drive to downtown Salt Lake City but you might not need it because Holladay is so quaint and offers so much. You can't beat this location and with the studio being so comfortable with a full kitchen and soft beds you might not want to leave.
