Centrally located to Camp Lejeune, MCAS, restaurants, shopping and beaches - 25 miles either north or south of Jacksonville. Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. Beautifully furnished and remodeled sound front townhome located 1.5 blocks to the beach access. My home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home (3rd bedroom set up as an additional living area to take advantage of the view of the pool and sound). 1 Queen and 2 twins. Hands on owner has rented his beach homes for 30 years and is focused on excellent customer service so that his guests have a wonderful stay! Well stocked kitchen, wifi, full size washer/dryer, community pool and pier.
