Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this place has all you need for your travel stay; featuring a kitchenette, washer/dryer, bathroom, queen murphy bed, dining table, sitting area, work desk, WIFI, Cable, and free parking close to the private entry door. Your great getaway starts in this cozy condo! Beautiful mountain views in your own private paradise. Close to three ski resort areas, with the Powder Mountain bus is steps away. After a day on the snow, enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy Summer at Pineview Reservior or the lush golf course. Then return to our pool and clubhouse. Deer and wildlife are nearby on the daily. Grocery and shopping or dining close by. WiFi is good but not guaranteed. NO smoking or pets allowed at entire complex.

This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.
