The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Bungalow mit Traumaussicht LOMA BUENA VISTA

Am Sonnenhang gelegenes Ferienhäuschen mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Nach einem kurzen aber etwas steilen Fussweg bis zum Bungalow kann man auf einer gemütlichen Terrasse die Sicht auf den Alpstein mit unserem Hausberg, dem Säntis, geniessen. Es gibt viele Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Bitte beachten: Vom Parkplatz aus geht es ungefähr 100m zu Fuss relativ steil den Hügel hoch zum schön gelegenen Bungalow am Waldrand.

Sehr geehrter Feriengast, die Wohnung ist 100qm groß und ist mit einem sehr hellen und geräumigen Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, das größere hat ein Zusatzbett, einer modernen Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und separatem WC ausgestattet. Wohn- und Schlafräume sowie Flur sind mit natürlichen Holzfußböden ausgelegt. Die renovierte Ferienwohnung liegt etwa 2 Gehminuten vom historischen Stadtkern von Meersburg entfernt.

Schöne, moderne und helle Wohnung in Seenähe

Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert, sehr hell durch die großen Fenster und modern eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Dachzimmer und hat Berg- und Seesicht. Die Bushaltestellen Richtung Friedrichshafen und Richtung Meersburg / Überlingen sind genau vor der Tür. Der See ist in 5 min und das Freibad ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt diverse Restaurants (Hotels, Thai Imbiss, Pizzeria etc.) in der Umgebung und alle sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.
