Childwall Cottage

Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

E. Gray house

E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Maplegrove cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in our cosy traditional Irish cottage. Situated in a picturesque location on the side of the arrigle valley the cottage has been lovingly restored to its original build. The cottage has all modern conveniences while keeping its old charm. The cottage is ideally located to explore the beautiful south east of Ireland and the historic cities of Kilkenny and Waterford which are just a short drive away and We are situated just off the M9 motorway

Crab Lane Studios

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. We charge €25 for hottub or sauna for one use. One Drink Included.

The Cottage

The Cottage is over a hundred years old in heart of Inistioge. Off street parking for one car. You enter into a space that’s olde world charm. The open plan sitting room/kitchen has a solid stove, original shutters. Stairs are narrow and steep Sun area leads to small private courtyard Outdoor seating is provided Tea Coffee Sugar biscuits are supplied A strict No Smoking /Vaping policy exists The Cottage cannot allow Animals Only children OVER 12 years old can be accommodated

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

Ideal for a cosy winter break or a relaxing summer countryside escape. Comfortable bedrooms and bright airy spaces will greet you on arrival.
