Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! Our self contained studio is situated in the vibrant village of Braunton, a 15 minute walk from the centre and a 5 minute drive to Saunton Sands. An ideal getaway from the stresses of city living. The area is renowned for its beaches, Saunton, Croyde & Woolacombe. The Studio backs onto a lane leading to walks along footpaths and country lanes. Ideally situated for walking, cycling, surfing etc. Or just sit, chill & enjoy the south facing deck.
