Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. Welcome to "5 More Minutes" beach house located near the ICW and Wooded section of Oak Island, NC. This open-floor plan home on pilings is on the island's west side and features a three-bedroom (three-bath)/two-full-bathroom configuration. Oak Island beaches are a short one-mile walk or drive away. We offer a 6-seater electric golf cart with a pre-paid parking pass to rent by the day. You must be over 21 to operate it. The golf cart rental fee is handled separately from the house rental.

About a 10 minute walk to the ocean and 3 minute walk to the ICW. Our community is very peaceful, quiet.

12 Oaks is a stylish rental just a 10 min. drive to Holden Beach and a short walk to the intracoastal waterway. We are animal lovers and will allow adult house broken dogs under 20 lbs for an additional fee. Pete is a retired chef and his famous smoked pimento cheese and Ritz crackers await all quests. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.
