Accogliente appartamento in precollina "La poltrona gialla"

Accomodati sulla distintiva poltrona gialla di questo appartamento dall'atmosfera calda e appagante e concediti un momento di relax. L'arredo moderno e funzionale è integrato da alcuni arredi di famiglia: un connubio perfetto. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato, presenta un arredamento gradevole e attuale, che combina arredi e luci moderni, con alcuni pezzi di famiglia. Si tratta di un bilocale composto da soggiorno living con angolo cottura, divano letto matrimoniale, tavolo per colazione o da adibire a postazione computer, camera matrimoniale con letto a due piazze da 160 cm, bagno con doccia e finestra, attacco per eventuale lavatrice, se richiesta per soggiorni lunghi. L'appartamento ha un balcone sulla facciata posteriore della casa, attrezzato con tavolino e due sedie, che consente ai fumatori e non di avere un luogo riparato ma all'aperto. L'angolo cottura è dotato di frigorifero, piano cottura, lavello. Non è prevista la lavastoviglie. Gli ospiti potranno usare tutto l'appartamento, il balcone ed eventualmente su specifica richiesta, un posto auto privato nel parcheggio condominiale, se disponibile. Accogliero' gli ospiti al loro arrivo e sarò disponibile sempre sul cellulare. Sarò lieta di fornire tutte le indicazioni utili per un piacevole soggiorno a Torino. Inoltre abito con la mia famiglia proprio accanto al bilocale messo a disposizione per gli ospiti, pertanto non mancheranno le occasioni per conoscerci. L'alloggio si trova in Precollina, vicino al Po, in una zona residenziale molto verde, a 10 minuti a piedi da Porta Nuova, Gran Madre e Piazza Vittorio Veneto. La zona è dotata di bar, ristoranti e negozi, oltre a circoli di canottaggio e tennis. Se amate camminare o andare in bicicletta, dalla casa si raggiunge comodamente varie zone del centro di Torino; Piazza San Carlo, Via Roma, Via Lagrange, Piazza Castello, Piazza Vittorio, Via Po e Piazza Gran Madre, stazione di Porta Nuova. Ci sono alcune linee di autobus a pochi passi dall'appartamento in Corso Fiume, le linee 52 e 66, prendendo il 66 si arriva alla Gran Madre e di qui con il tram n. 13 si arriva in Piazza Castello, cuore della città. Per gli itinerari in collina, ci sono le linee 70 e 73. Se si preferisce muoversi in automobile, per andare in centro, è consigliabile utilizzare i parcheggi centrali di piazza Vittorio, Bodoni o Valdo Fusi o il parcheggio sotto, Via Roma.

Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. Prestigious Historical Apartment in the Heart of Turin

Sit at the piano next to a fireplace in a majestic hall with high ceilings with exposed beams, historic floors and doors, many touches of color and contemporary design. In 100sqm there are also a small kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. Just out of the building you are in Piazza San Carlo, the most important square in the city. The windows of the master bedroom overlook the Egyptian museum. The courtyard of the building is shared with the most prestigious brands shops such as Prada and Chanel. You can't find such a prestigious location better placed to explore Torino. Maria Vittoria Due was our lovely house for several years. High original wooden celing of the XVIII century, the fine furniture and materials makes it unique. Hope you'll love that place as I and my husband did. Our guests will have access to the all apartment. There are two double rooms each one with its own bathroom and a sofa-bed for two in the living room, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen and a big living room. There is a washing-machine, a dishes-machine and the stuff to hang and iron your clothes. We'll provide you fresh bed-sheets and 3 different size bath towels for each guest. The kitchen is well equipped for every needing. If you have babies just ask us and we'll let you the necessary for his sleeping, eating and changing. We'll do our best to help guests in case of any necessity. The house is in the heart of the city, across from the Egyptian Museum and next to Piazza San Carlo. Easily walk to the Royal Palace, Renaissance Museum, Natural Science Museum, and Vittorio Emanuele Square. Many kinds of restaurants are nearby. Just at ten minutes walk far away from the main train and metro station (Porta Nuova). Next to the main entrance there is a bus stop to travel around the city center. A couple minutes walking there's a bus stop to go around the all city and outside. In San Carlo Square, right next to the house, there's a big car parking.
