2nd floor apt is isolated from the other 3 in the building & has its own 122 sf deck overlooking our beautiful valley & pond. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a full-size couch & a dining table that seats 4. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is a full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

The Quarters at Rockwater is a 4-unit complex located along the Arkansas River Trail which is a biking & pedestrian trail that links the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and extends to scenic routes beyond. A mix of downtown vibrancy and small-town community make this a win-win option for guests who can also choose between the rental of only one unit or even all four. Unit A is a first level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt with an open kitchen, dining, and living space with private patio.

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

It's close to main freeways, restaurants, shopping, medical facilities, downtown Little Rock and N Little Rock. This unit has 1 parking space, w/extra parking on the street.

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

Beautiful cabin on 6 acres with a large screened-in porch and stunning view of Ada Valley. Main cabin has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a loft with another king and a trundle bed (two twins), and a spacious, open kitchen and living area. Decorated tastefully, with all amenities of home. Secluded, wooded setting would make a natural family getaway. Pets allowed.

Take it easy at this country cottage. This beautiful cottage is surrounded by trees. You can relax on the porch swing, while enjoying the birds sing. It is located only a mile away from one of Arkansas’ best golf courses, 5 miles to the highway and 15 minutes from the Air Force Base. Due to the country setting, this cottage is not handicap accessible.
