It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

My home is in located on a private, unpaved road, situated directly on the water. It offers a peaceful and private setting with amenities including two zip lines, two rope swings, a boat ramp, and two docks. Guests can enjoy hunting, fishing, boating, jet skiing, or simply relaxing with serene river views. This is a private residence; please treat it with care. Use of the porches, swings, and zip lines is at your own risk. The back deck has no railing to preserve the view. Wi-Fi is excellent

Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets. You also have use of a shared dock off to the side of the property.

Easy paddle to Jones, other intracoastal islands and to Swansboro for lunch. A ~15 minute drive will take you to the Emerald Isle beaches or Swansboro to walk the historic district and visit the many shops and restaurants

Carriage House on the Neuse River

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.

Cottage by the Neuse River

There is access to the river and shared beach on the property. Kayak and paddle boards available to use after signing a 'release form'. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise or have a bonfire at night on the beach and watch the moon rise. Please be aware that broken glass can wash up from the river, so bring water shoes. The river is approximately 150 yard walk down a mild sloping yard.
