Nestled back in the heart of Kitty Hawk Village on Hay Point, guests will enjoy a private and peaceful stay with views of the bay and dock access. Sunrise Bay is only 1.8 miles from the Kitty Hawk Beach bathhouse and is centrally located to many restaurants food/convenience stores and local shops.

Treetop Beach Suite

This is a two-room, full bath suite with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a private home. Room enough for four adults or a small family (additional charges apply after the first two guests). The uniqueness of the Suite is that you are far enough off the beaten path to relax in a quiet neighborhood and yet be only minutes away from all the Outer Banks has to offer. Children are welcome; however, suite IS NOT childproof. No pets! OWNER LIVES ON SITE, ONLY REGISTERD GUESTS ALLOWED IN SUITE!

Sunset Seaker! (Soundfront Condo w/Pool)

Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay from a top floor condo at Oyster Pointe Condominiums. This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with outdoor pool, tennis courts, beautiful sound front views, full kitchen, washer/dryer, centrally located to many restaurants and shops, and is less than 1 mile to the beach. This condo is on the top floor so no noise from above. There is also nice bike trails by the condo that takes you directly to the Wrights Brothers Monument. Boat and trailer parking available.

The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

Just a 3 minute drive to the beach or a public sound access. Road connects to bay drive, which is a sound front road that leads from Kill Devil Hills to Kitty Hawk. Perfect for biking or just bypassing the summer traffic. Home is also centrally located to shopping, dining, entertainment, and more. You don’t want to miss this!

This cozy 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.
