Main living area is to the right as you enter, kitchen with all the necessities of home, dining room with seating for 6 and main living area with large flat screen TV. Master bedroom & ensuite bathroom are to the left side of the house with the second and third bedroom at the back.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Conveniently located just seven miles from Wrightsville Beach and ten miles from downtown Wilmington, the loft provides the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.
