On January 1, 2025, a tourist fee of 1 euro per night will come into effect. Apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town of Klaipėda, near the River Danė. Total area 50 sq.m. Parking is paid here. Restaurants, bars are on the ground floor of a house. Smiltynė beach, Sea Museum and Dolphinarium can be reached by a ferry from the Old Ferry Terminal (passengers and cyclist - only). The distance to Old Ferry Terminal is ~ 200 m. 25 min walk from Bus and Railway stations.

The house is build by germans in year 1905. Various bus stops are close by, shops as well can be reached by 5 minute walk.
