E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Rural dwelling with 1 en-suite bedroom in a self contained Annex a couple of miles from amenities. Child friendly. Kitchen/Dining/Living space with small double sofa bed (ground floor). Bedroom - Double room (king size bed) with ensuite bathroom. (Upstairs) No bath in property. Accommodation best suited to a couple or family of 4 (2 young children) who are happy to share the large en-suite bathroom. Large separate garden with covered decking area. The host family live in the main house.

Peaceful Countryside Cottage near Youghal

Our old farmhouse contains a small, recently renovated cottage within our large secluded garden. The cottage has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a large open plan kitchen and sitting room area. There is a cosy wood burning stove and views across the valley towards the majestic river Blackwater. The cottage is a short walk from both the river and the village of Clashmore. Youghal is a 15 minute drive away. A car is essential as we are in a very isolated, rural spot.

Our Gorgeous Stone Cottage (Kilcannon House)

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!
