Our apartment is located in the quiet forest area of Mainz-Gonsenheim. The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Penthouse Mainzer Innenstadt

Unser Penthouse (ca. 150 qm²) hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Die Dachterrasse ist besonders im Sommer toll. Absolutes Wohlfühlambiente mitten in der Innenstadt. Gerne organisieren wir einen Weinworkshop. Von Mainz kann man wunderbare Ausflüge in die Weinregionen Rheinhessen, Nahe, Mittelrhein und Rheingau unternehmen. Die Mainzer Fastnacht ist ein Highlight. Vom Balkon kann man den Rosenmontagsumzug sehen. Leider ist im Moment in der Nachbarschaft eine Baustelle. Deshalb manchmal etwas lauter.

My apartment is near Frankfurt Airport (25 min.), 20 to the exhibition center and good connection to the city with its range of art and culture. You will love the apartment because of the cozy and modern atmosphere, location in nature, private seclusion. The apartment has an ideal location in Friedberg’s inner city. 5 minute walk to reach central station: Frankfurt-Central Station by regional train (20 min) and suburban train S6 (35 min) and Gießen-Central Station (30 min). Frankfurt-Fair by suburban train S6 (25 min). 20 minutes drive by car to the motorway access A5. There are several restaurants, coffee houses, bars, supermarkets, backeries, doctors, post offices, banks (ATM). The main shopping street in walking distance (3-5 minutes).

Die Ferienwohnung, befindet sich im 3 Geschoss des Hauses und ist über das zentrale Treppenhaus zu erreichen. Das reine Wohngebiet liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, jedoch so zentral das zu Fuß in 5 Minuten die Bushaltestelle für den Stadtbus erreicht werden kann. Bad Camberg mit der Kernstadt liegt 3 km entfernt und kann gut zu Fuß oder mit dem öffentlichen Stadtbus erreicht werden.   Die Nichtraucher-Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt, bei Bedarf ist ein Kinderreisebett vorhanden.

The living-room looks out onto the garden and a small terrace. Frankfurt city centre by car is about 15 min. (off-peak), the closest public transportation station a 15 min. walk (down/up a fairly steep hill) (there's a bus, but it doesn't run on Saturdays after 3 p.m. and on Sundays). 2-4 people. Families with children very welcome.
