Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. Fun and funky artists cottage with oceanfront, and panoramic views of Ladysmith Harbour and Woodley Range Ecological Reserve. Watch otters, seals and blue Herons as you sip your morning coffee on the covered deck. Use the 2 sit on top Kayaks and paddle board, included with your stay, to explore the harbour and the small islands across from the house. We live here and our home is compliant with the laws and bylaws for our area. There is a full kitchen and open, spacious dining and living areas.
