The nearest beaches are Wassenaarse slag & Scheveningen, both a short distance away and easily reached by bicycle or by car. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away. The apartment is great to work from with strong WIFI, equipped kitchen with free Nespresso, tea, comfy bed, bathroom with rain shower, and even a laundry machine! It is child friendly with a cot & high chair.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Je kunt gratis parkeren in de straat en ligt op 1 minuut loopafstand van de supermarkt Lidl waar je lekkere broodjes/boodschappen kunt halen. Het centrum van Pijnacker is op 15 min loopafstand. Hier bevindt zich de metro Lijn E, naar Den Haag, Rotterdam en de bus naar Delft, Zoetermeer.

Beautifully situated on the edge of the Green heart. You can also sit in the garden. Leiden, Gouda, The Hague and Rotterdam are also accessible by bicycle. Plenty of delivery options for meals. Brugwachtershuisje Wijkerbrug

Geniet van dit monumentale huisje gelegen aan de Vliet, direct naast de brug. Het huisje is het woongedeelte van een voormalige boerderij, jarenlang gebruikt als brugwachters post. De brug wordt nu op afstand bediend, daarmee verloor het huisje haar functie. Nu is het een heerlijke en prachtige plek geworden om te genieten van het leven aan het water.
