Vintage Beach Cottage on the Southern end of Manasota Key...just 30 steps from the Beach. Spectacular sunsets from your living room and screen porch. Sitting on one and a half lots with plenty of parking and room for your RV.! The front bedroom has a king size bed and great gulf views. There is also a queen sleeper in the living room and bunk beds off the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen, full new bathroom with walk in shower, and all new furnishings. The 500 sq foot private brick paver and stone backyard off the screened in lanai is fully fenced with custom built stainless outdoor kitchen, featuring a large grill, refrigerator, custom built stone bar with seating for 8 . Nearby is a blue glass gas fire pit with a seating area, over sized (9 ft. diameter) in ground "spool", loungers and a large circular daybed.

The 7 mile beach is private and uncrowded. Get around LGI by renting a golf cart or explore by foot-you decide.

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.

New Pool Tropical Waterfront Dock & Optional Boat

Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail.
