This House is situated just 70 Mts from the sea in a 40.000 m2 area, 360' view, in an excellent fishing point called "ponta do caneiro" surrounded by wild beaches and Magoito beach. It was built in 1962 and recently totally restored, 12 km from Sintra center. Good surfing and wild beaches just ahead. Surf Rental is possible and Antonio´s son gives surf lessons. An electric car or a 9 seat Van is available for rental by request, with excellent conditions, pick up in Sintra or at the airport.

The cottages have been restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Lisbon's 13th century wall, the "Muralha Fernandina", is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms.

The “Casa do Caseiro” is a small cottage, located between the mountain and the sea, 35km away from Lisbon and 5 minutes to Sintra, in Colares Village. It's locatted in the heart of the natural park. It has a garden with plenty of space to rest or to have an enjoyable dinner “al fresco”. In the attic you can find the bedroom, and on the ground floor the living room and a small office with a sofa bed for extra guests. Here you can rest, relax, read or write.
