The bare essentials but you will be spending most of your vacation outside on the beach, exploring Stone Harbor, or outside crabbing and paddle boarding during high tide. During low tide, enjoy being surrounded by the wetlands habitat. $195 per night.(NO cleaning fee) FIRST floor unit. Stone Harbor Blvd is a 35 mph road which leads into Stone Harbor. Please read below about the tide(see pics of low tide) coming in and out 2x’s a day.

Mullica River Cottage's Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Bring your boat to put in at one of our local marina ramps and dock in front of our house for your entire stay! Enjoy the view, kayaks (2), fire pit, and meals on the grill for a true lagoon life experience! We would love to host your fishing trip, get away, or family vacation!
