LGI is next to Boca Grande and its world famous Tarpon fishing, but offers a uniquely secluded and relaxed atmosphere consisting of 7 miles of undisturbed beach, unpaved cart paths that wind through lush tree canopies, and an old Florida vibe that will make you forget the mainland while you create memories with family and friends!

Live among palm trees, with the ocean as your neighbor and the sand as your playground. Natural light floods the modern interior through the large windows creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We are off the main path and it is a quiet place to reconnect with what matters. We encourage our guests to unwind on our spacious comfy screen porch with chairs, table, and a futon chair for naps. Also use our large private maze outdoor shower. Be prepared for loads of sun and fun. Unlike most rentals ours includes all paper products, spices, plastic ware, toiletries, coffee, tea, all linens, beach chairs, noodle, sun screen, bug spray and GOLF CART available for RENT during your stay.

"Florida's Best Beach". Views of the sunrise out the back screened-in porch overlooking the pond and amazing sunsets on the beach. Great amenities in the condo complex including free parking on the mainland, ferry, heated pool, and boat slip. Enjoy the sandy beaches by the provided golf cart! Please note: some other units nearby are currently under construction. Golf Cart provided at no additional cost and is operational (technician visits on Saturdays for any repairs needed)

Access is for residents and renters only, you will arrive by your private boat or jump aboard the water taxi for a 10 minute ride to our dock. No cars, shops, or restaurants on the island. The 7 mile beach is private and uncrowded. Get around LGI by renting a golf cart or explore by foot-you decide.
