Ample amount of parking (great for Jet-skis, boats, kayaks, etc.). Smart TV in all bedrooms. Up to three pets - $75 per pet. Please do not allow them on the furniture (or bring your own blankets for fur) and you must pick up after them in the yard ($100 fee). * Cleaning company only provides a starter pack of paper items.
