Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

Price based on 1 large King size room & 1 double room with private bathroom for up to 4 people. Kettle, toaster, mini fridge and basic breakfast items provided. Towels also provided. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor of our house and offer complete privacy for your stay. Front door is shared access but you will have a key so you can come and go as you please. No stag/hen parties. EV Charger available with drive to park on.

This is a newly renovated, beautiful guest house situated in the historical village of Bromborough Pool. Secluded private property with secure parking and an overnight electric car charging point. Great links to nearby Liverpool and Chester and in walking distance to the beautiful Port Sunlight.

Newbridge Guest House

This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site as well as a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have a cockerel and he can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.

The heyes farm guest house

Relax ,chill out watching Netflix, explore the local history of Speke hall and the child of hale. 10 mins from Liverpool airport. Good links to m62 m57 m56motorways. Bus route to city centre. Uber to John Lennon airport cost around £12 / to city centre around £14. Room for 2 extra guests on sofa bed £20 per person per night. The hot tub is an additional cost of £50 per night.

Ideal for those travelling for Business or pleasure, there is ample workspace available within the large open plan lounge.
