The Barn at Tan Y Rhiw nestles in the Nanmor valley, surrounded by ancient woodland, with spectacular views of Moel Ddu. A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. A central location, as well as a stunning south facing garden with panoramic views of Snowdonia's famous mountain range including Snowdon. The cottage is within 1 min walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, a play park, bus route to climbing Snowdon and 2 mins walking distance to the lake.

There is so much to explore from our doorstep such as ancient castles, majestic mountains and lakes, steam railways, Portmeirion, Zip-world and much more. We even have the Heritage Steam Railway and a pub within walking distance.
