We are a 19 th century refurbished stoned house with off road parking located 5 mins walk from Llangollen town centre . There is an abundance of outdoor activities, including Kayaking courses (storage and drying available here) , paddle boarding, international Mountain downhill bike track, we also have numerous walks including the Offa’s Dyke Path and for the less energetic a relaxing horse drawn boat experience, we are also in close proximity to many wedding venues in the area.

Ystafell Las (The Blue Room) is a lovely, light room, with a double bed and king size duvet, with large windows and a view of Y Gogarth (Great Orme). Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small en suite shower room. A self-serve continental breakfast is available in our dining room, directly below The Blue Room. Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) is a short walk from the house, with all local amenities pubs, shops, cafes within 200 yards.
