The Copper Hide - Beautiful and Unique Escape

The Copper Hide is a unique escape at Arth Valley Retreat on the west coast of Wales. This old dairy milking parlour was converted into accommodation some years ago but has recently (2024) benefited from a complete makeover. With a roll top bath, mezzanine bed with large star gazing window and Woodburning stove. During your stay you’ll be free to roam our piece of the valley that flows down to a river with waterfalls. Only a few minutes from the sea. Come and enjoy this romantic spot in nature.

Situated between Aberystwyth and the beautiful harbour town of Aberaeron. Nearby Llanrhystud has a post office, a pub and petrol station with small supermarket. The property offers excellent wifi. Dog friendly, £4 per pet, per night. Two other cottages available on site, The Bakery, occupancy 3 and The Granary, occupancy 3.

Cwt yr Hafod is a cosy shepherds hut positioned in field fenced off from farm animals, with far reaching views, private and peaceful with abundance of wildlife, buzzards, kites and at night, owl and bats. A place to explore Ceredigion Coastline (3 Miles). 10 min walk to Cross Inn village pub specializing in real ales beer garden, PO and well stocked shop.

Stowaway on the cliff!

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.

We are close to many of the areas best attractions including the Ceredigion coastal path, numerous stunning beaches, Fantasy Farm, the award winnings harbour towns of Aberaeron and New Quay and the University towns of Lampeter and the beautiful Aberystywth. We are very central within the county of Ceredigion.

Y Bwthyn (welsh for 'The Cottage') is a cosy, recently refurbished cottage located in Llanrhystud, between the picturesque harbour town of Aberaeron and the University seaside town of Aberystwyth. The cottage is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing place to stay, and is within walking distance of the beach and coastal path, village amenities including pub, village shop and post office, petrol station/grocery store, and golf course.

Wildernest - Ty Twt

Ty Twt - neat and cosy - is part of Wildernest, a haven set in the coastal hills above the delightful Aeron Valley. Sleeping is in the croglofft, above the kitchen-living space, with the 2nd bedroom and the shower room at ground level; underfloor heating and log burner. It can sleep 4 but we say 3 people comfortably. Hence, there's no charge for a fourth person. If you need the second bed to be made up please enter 3 (or 4) guests.

Come and stay in our unique and romantic country cabin and enjoy the stunning views. Located in West Wales (10 minutes from seaside town, Aberystwyth), It’s a short walk from a traditional welsh country village, which has the amazing award winning gastro pub - Y Ffarmers. Just to notify, there is a 150 meter walk from the car to the cabin including steps, but we are happy to help with luggage if needed.
