The "Little Red Cottage" in Cave Springs

Welcome to the “Little Red Cottage” in Cave Springs. This Historic Farmhouse was completely renovated with the exception of the original wood floors. The decorating is full of color, detail and elegance, and yet the floor-plan is very functional and comfortable. This 1200 square foot cottage sits on 20 acres in the middle of Northwest Arkansas, close to everything. Just 6 miles to XNA, 8 miles to the Walmart Home office, miles to Crystal Bridges , and 17 miles to the University of Arkansas. This cottage is immaculately clean for the most particular travelers. The house is limited to 4 people and has a no pet policy and is a no smoking home. However, smoking is permitted outside on the patios. There are three patio/porch areas to enjoy the great outdoors and don’t be surprised by the resident deer in the yard. The is plenty of room to park horse trailers, bike trailers, and RV’S. Just let us know what your needs are and hopefully we can accommodate them.

Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Cozy camper sleeps 4 adults with one queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The camper sits in our driveway with full AC/heat and water. We are minutes from the downtown Bentonville square. The Razorback Greenway is right behind our house, and 15 minutes from the Back 40 trails. Bikes can safely be stored in the garage. Other local amenities less than 10 minutes away include the 8th Street Market, AMP, Crystal Bridges, and the Pinnacle Mall.
