Located on the third and top floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment is particularly bright. Situated in the heart of Livorno, it is just a short walk from the charming “La Venezia” district, famous for its canals, bars, and restaurants, and one of the most lively and picturesque areas of the city. The port and the sea are about 1 km away; to the north are the beaches of Calambrone, and to the south, the Calafuria cliffs. Bus stops are nearby, and the train station is about 1 km away. Livorno is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany: Pisa, Lucca, and Florence are all reachable in under an hour. Important Information: The mezzanine ceiling is sloped, and in some areas, the height is lower than an adult's stature. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. There is no parking space available. In accordance with current regulations, guest registration with local authorities is mandatory; therefore, identity documents for all occupants will be required. A tourist tax is also due, ranging from €1.00 to €2.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, as required by the Municipality of Livorno.
