The house has recently undergone renovations and comes with a fully equipped brand new kitchen, laundry facilities and cosy living room with log burner. Two double bedrooms form the sleeping arrangements and guests can also enjoy outdoor space in the courtyard.

It is perfect for families and is dog friendly. The centre of Lynton is a 5 minute walk and it is only 10 minutes to the spectacular Valley of the rocks. Lynton itself is on the edge of Exmoor and the South West Coast path so it is ideal for walks

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.
