We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. De Polderschuur is een zelfstandige woning voor maximaal 2 personen, met alle voorzieningen die u zich kunt wensen. Op de benedenverdieping komt u binnen in de gezellige woonkamer met keuken. In de lichte, stijlvol ingerichte woonkamer is het heerlijk toeven. Ontspan op de grote bank met een goed boek of kijk een film of uw lievelingsprogramma op de tv met uitstekend geluidssysteem en radio. De keuken heeft een koelkast, vaatwasser, combimagnetron, snelkookapparaat en Nespressoapparaat.

The apartment is the upper floor (35m2) in a historic house (1930's) . Your private space consists of 2 rooms, bathroom and walk-in cupboard. You can sleep in separate rooms if you wish. There is a kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge). Parking space in front of house, free in weekends and free during week at Vulcanusdreef, 5 min walk. I live in the other part of the house. The house is located 10 minutes from centre by bike, 25 minutes walking. Towels are present.

Vijverzicht, polder, stad en natuur.

Vanuit deze perfect gelegen thuisbasis ligt alles binnen handbereik. Het centrum van Utrecht op een paar fietskilometers. De Maarsseveense plassen op loopafstand en het natuurgebied rondom Molenpolder om de hoek. Fantastische omgeving om te fietsen of te wandelen of zelfs te zwemmen in open water. Fort de Klop en fort Gagel zijn vlakbij. Ook zijn er een aantal kastelen in de buurt die het bezichtigen meer dan waard zijn. Het pittoreske plaatsje Maarssen is op 4 km.

De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Feel welcome at our modern and clean apartment. It's located in a cute neighbourhood within 10 min walk to the old city centre and central station. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. We're sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as we do! Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

Cozy stylish detached new studio + free bikes

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!
