Stay at this cozy two bedroom cottage. Located in a quiet, family friendly area. A mile from Spring Lake and Belmar beaches. Enjoy the local shops, marinas, local parks, the many restaurants and lively nightlife!! There is so much to do. Home offers a covered front porch with wicker furniture and rockers for your leisure. Large back deck with plenty of outdoor seating. Backyard with a gas grill, fire pit and lounge chairs. Large parking area (six cars max). Parking available on the street.

Beach Bungalo - Small House , Big Welcome! Cheerful, comfortable and throughly cleaned. 5-10 minute walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Healthy salt air and ocean frolics await. Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. Home is cleaned and sanitized after each rental with clorox and antibacterial cleaners. Spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bath two-story home comfortably sleeps 13 people. This house is a perfect rental for families - or groups. Convenient location across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Parking for up to 5 cars. The downstairs is open concept. The backyard patio includes a BBQ and an outdoor shower. No cameras inside the house. cameras at front door , driveway and yard.

5-bedroom house w/ private patio and awning, 2 blocks from Manasquan beach near inlet with fishing/surfer beach. Very quiet neighborhood, access to county park on river bay at end of street. 1st floor completely renovated, balcony w/ lounge chairs. 4 rooms with beds, sleeping 8 people, one office room with couch, 3 full baths, unheated sun room with futon bed (additional bed sheets provided upon request, sleeps two more people). Hot tub.

Spectacular unobstructed views of Barnegat Bay. Secluded home directly on the bay with plenty of outside seating both on the decks and along the bay front. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with plenty of space to spread out in the open floor plan first floor. Three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to decks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are upper and lower decks facing the bay so you can enjoy the sun and scenery.

Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00

A newly renovated cottage just a brief walk from the beach on a quiet street. Three bedrooms (two queens and full), and attic loft (twin trundle), pull out couch (queen), full bath. Can accommodate sleeping for infants and toddlers. 500 square foot elevated deck with gas grill, table, chairs, patio umbrella. Hammock, bicycles for kids and adults.

Luxurious House 4 blocks from beach

This is a luxurious newly renovated home with everything you need for the week or night fully stocked. It is 4 blocks from the beach and 3 from downtown Belmar's Shops and restaurants. This beach house is located across from Joe's Surf Shack's new resturant. The house has as all new stainless steal appliances, and sleeps 6 people.
