Our cabin is rustic yet enchanting. Hand-built in 1947, Longacres is the perfect cozy place to unplug and unwind. But if you need high-speed internet, you’ve got it! Old Town Manteo is a charming harbor town where you will feel far from the beach boxes and OBX crowds. Longacres is 1 mile from downtown, a 5 minute walk to the Roanoke Sound and a 12 minute drive to the Nags Head beaches. To complete your adventure, we provide bikes and kayaks so you can explore the water and town at your own pace.

Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, docks, and Festival Park/Elizabeth II. Visit The Lost Colony/Fort Raleigh/Elizabethan Gardans, NC Aquarium, and Jockey's Ridge. Located in historic down town Manteo A short walk to the waterfront where you will find a variety of shops & restaurants. We have created this cottage as a place for couples, remote workers, small families or friends seeking a unique space unwind. The space is decorated in nautical theme with collectibles & décor we hope you will enjoy. Stay with us relax, and enjoy Manteo's charm. We do allow pets with a small additional cleaning fee on a case by case basis. Feel free to ask us anything.

OBX Pirate’s Cove/Manteo Townhouse

Cozy OBX beach getaway. 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse. Convenient yet private end unit with great sunset and marsh views. Perfect for couples and small groups of families or friends. Front and back porches. Parking for 2 vehicles. Private boat slip out back door with access to Roanoke Sound. Conveniently located on Roanoke Island in the gated Pirate’s Cove community steps away from Pirate’s Cove marina, pool (seasonal), tennis courts, playground, restaurant, bar, and ship’s store.

Crews Cottage on Roanoke Island (Outer Banks, NC)

Located in the forested dunes of Roanoke Island, Crews Cottage is attached to the main house of owners through a breezeway and screened porch. No steps! (See Accessibility section.) Approximately 1000 square feet in total size, it features a large private bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom/shower. The great room has a pullout sofa bed (full) and love seat bed (twin). Kitchenette features full-sized refrigerator, convection microwave oven, toaster, and coffee maker. Sorry, no pets.

Oh yeah, Nags Head beach, just 6 miles away!
