It has a four piece bathroom. The house is newly built, is south facing and has a lot of character.

Ocean, mountains, forest, wildlife and constant sun throughout the day makes property. With wind and hot weather, water can get cloudy with organics. Pool water tested and cleaned bi-weekly.

Kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, induction stove top, convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Please note: Driveway is sloped, with set of stairs to Guest Suite.
