Private dock is perfect for fishing, Swimming, storing your boat. Enjoy watching the bald eagles and such. Guided fishing trips available. Your guide will pickup and return you to the dock. The private dock is a partnership with the neighbor. Guest will be expected to share half of the dock with my neighbor.

White River Retreat at Redbud

This "A-Frame" sits on the bank of the famous White River in Gassville, AR. There is approximately 500 sq. feet downstairs that includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is a living room and a sleeper sofa for an additional bed downstairs. There is 280 sq. feet upstairs that includes a queen bed and two twin beds. Both levels have a 32" screen TV with streaming. There is also a nice outdoor living space with a covered porch and a large deck.
