Our cozy studio apartment sets on the Patuxent River. With the perfect views of Myrtle Beach, Point Patient and Thomas Johnson Bridge. Relax watching the boats and birds or take a walk along the water for a lovely neighborhood to stroll for 2.5 miles. Your favorite moments may be when you wake to see the sun rise and again to see the orange sky set. Just over the bridge from the popular Solomon's Island which is full of fabulous restaurants, boat rentals, charter fishing and summer concerts.

The house is a 2 bed 1 bath 1974 flat top A Frame that sits on two acres on the outskirts of Lusby, MD—and a low traffic hour(ish) drive from the DMV. This 5 bdrm, 3 bath fully stocked home has all the convenience of modern construction (including wifi) but maintains the vintage charm of the original property. The acre+ plot is very private with spectacular forest & water views. Fun can be found in every direction and for all ages! It has two bottom floor bed/bath combos, plus a fabulous sleeping loft for the kids!

Barnyard Retreat

We are BACK After a 2 year hiatus!! We cannot wait to see all of our wonderful guests again! Beautiful 750 sq. ft. in-law apartment set up in a very efficient setting with open living space and Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Space is very open with cathedral ceilings and sky-lighting. Apartment has it's own separate entrance and dedicated parking space. The apartment has fast, secure wi-fi and is set-up perfectly for traveling professionals! About 35 minutes away from Maryland's MGM National Harbor and 45 minutes from downtown Washington, DC. St. Charles Towne Center is a short drive away and there are lots of local walking/bike trails, tennis courts, a golf course and plenty of parks in the area. Perfect for business or pleasure stay!

Serenity - Privacy - Beauty - This little house by the water has it all. New Sealy queen size mattress, well equipped kitchen, Cuisinart coffee maker, full oven, glass topped stove, new refrigerator, and fully screened porch with water view. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults looking to get off the grid and recharge. In St. Mary's County,MD, just 90 minutes south of Washington DC. However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.
