This bright and modern old miners cottage is a self contained home which includes 3 bedrooms and a practical bathroom on the first floor. Meanwhile the ground floor contains a kitchen and a large living/dining area with lots of light. James' Place@Dowlais offers 7 individually and creatively styled self-catering studios. They are ideally placed for exploring the Brecon Beacons National Park, visiting Bike Park Wales, Zip World South or working away from home. In addition we are happy for bikes to be stored in the main hall under the stairs if you bring chain and padlock or taken into your studio providing they are clean.

Our miners cottage has bags of character which we have worked hard to keep, but has all the modern bits we rely on for our home comforts. Low ceilings, open beams in the bedrooms, stone stairs, log burner, welsh slate kitchen floor, but also has internet smart telly all the channels nice big range, power shower, new combo boiler.
