It comes with a cozy sleeping loft (King mattress) accessible only by ladder. The couch is an IKEA sleeper sofa which folds out to a Queen bed. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport.
