Colourful house in friendly and quiet neighbourhood on walking distance from Delft centre and Delft station. There is a front garden and back garden, so always sun and shade whichever you prefer. The house has a bedrooms with a double bed. Please note the bedroom is two (steep-ish) floors up, while the bathroom is groundfloor. Supermarket, swimming pool, park within 500 meters. Station at 10 mins. I live in the house when not hosting, while I remove personal things, you'll find books etc.

Onze woning staat in zijn geheel tot uw beschikking. De woning ligt in het dorp Kwintsheul centraal gelegen tussen de steden Delft, Den Haag, Rotterdam en de Westlandse kust. Met de auto, fiets of openbaar vervoer kunt u een bezoek brengen aan de vele bezienswaardigheden in de regio, bijvoorbeeld; Delft (centrum): fiets - 30 minuten, auto - 20 minuten. Den Haag (centrum) fiets -33 minuten, auto - 22 minuten. Strand: fiets - 20 minuten, auto - 13 minuten. Rotterdam: auto - 28 minuten.

Het gehele huis voor 6 personen is tot je beschikking. Wij hebben een babybed + stoel voor kinderen tot 3 jaar. Wij proberen duurzaam te wonen: met zonnepanelen, een warmtepomp en een goed geisoleerd huis trachten we de CO2 uitstoot te reduceren. Bedlinnen, handdoeken en gratis parkeren zijn inbegrepen. Je kunt ook met ons verblijven en samen dineren als je dat wilt. In dat geval bespreken wij samen een redelijke prijs. In 20 minuten loop je naar het historisch centrum van Delft.

The charming and spacious apartment is situated on the second floor of the house. Welkom in mijn authentieke huis uit 1850, gelegen in het oude centrum van Maasland. Dichtbij te vinden: mooie bossen, weilanden, wandel/fietsroutes, boerderijwinkels, kinderboerderij, speeltuin en pannenkoekenhuis. In Maassluis zijn veel restaurants en winkels te vinden. De supermarkt is op 100 m loopafstand. Op 25 min van Rotterdam, Delft, Den Haag en het strand, met goede OV-verbindingen nabijgelegen.
