Or catch the bus at the end of the road and be in Manchester within 20 min. There are shops, takeaways & restaurants within a 2 min walk. Your hosts live on site and are on hand if you need them. You will have your own space to park on our driveway.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot, situated at the edge of woodland. The treehouse is located above our external garage, with it's own entrance. Please note it's step access only. The large double ensuite room, boosts views over the woods, tea & coffee facilities and comfy seating area. Good transport links to Manchester City, Etihad Stadium, National Cycling Centre & Oldham. Walking/Cycling distance to local country parks. No smoking or animals allowed.

Self contained annexe

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
