Casa are zonă de cafea la parter, cu un birou/sală de ședințe și un teren de murături în curtea din spate, un spațiu de birouri la etajul al doilea, iar zona de cazare este la etajul al treilea, cu un acoperiș care poate vedea frumos orașul.
