Romantic luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views

Luxury shepherd’s hut in rural Herefordshire. A perfect retreat to escape and unwind, the cosy hut overlooks stunning views of the surrounding Herefordshire countryside. The hut has a full-size double bed and wood stove for those chillier evenings. Adjacent to the hut is another character building that boasts a luxury walk-in waterfall shower, flushing toilet and heated towel rail, fluffy towels are also provided. There is also a well equipped kitchen which includes a Nespresso coffee machine.

Cosy all seasons Shepherd's Hut on 3 Castles Walk

Relax with the sounds of birds and nature in this unique place. Our purpose-built super cosy Shepherd's Hut is directly on the Three Castles Walk, tucked away in a private corner of the field next to our own Eco home. Outside, there's a gazebo with table and chairs and a smoker barbeque. You can lie in bed watching the sheep and cattle in the distance or you can relax with a movie on the large screen. It's the most peaceful location we have ever lived in, and we'd love you to experience it.

Dulas Valley Shepherds Hut + hot tub with views

Our cosy, beautifully fitted Shepherd's Hut with its own wood-fired hot tub is perfect for a romantic rural getaway. Nestled on the fringes of mature woodland on a small working farm, the hut is secluded with open views over the breathtaking Dulas Valley in rural Herefordshire. Relax in the private outside area, with charcoal barbeque, hammock and fire pit, and explore local walks, pubs, market towns and historical sites. Dogs are welcome. Set in a quiet hidden location, surrounded by the stunning countryside of Herefordshire, next to the Welsh borders, is somewhere to come and escape the world, switch off for a while. The Shepherds hut is self contained, stands alone on the edge of one of my grazing fields with beautiful views from every angle. Your neighbours are my Welsh mountain ponies, alpacas, sheep and feathered friends. Add on abundant wildlife, flora and fauna, dark skies and stars. You'll always remember your stay.

Secluded hut w/shower & fire pit in Usk Valley

Our fully-insulated shepherd's hut offers a genuinely off-grid experience. The hut is South-facing, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside - and nothing else! Our land is well served by public footpaths (though none come near the hut), with walks to suit all standards. (Our favourite is to the pub, which will take you about 40 minutes.) Your only companions are sheep, wild animals and birds. You have the exclusive use of a compost loo and eco-shower, located near the hut.

Little Braeburn Shepherd’s Hut at Harrys Cottages

Little Braeburn is located in an apple orchard with stunning views over the countryside. Whilst (literally) in the middle of nowhere, it has everything you need for a memorable stay; superfast Wi-Fi allows you to watch a movie in the comfy bed. Although it’s a tiny space, it feels spacious with a proper mini bathroom (shower and flushing toilet) and kitchen (hob, fridge, kettle, and cooking appliances). The hut has an electric radiator & a logburner, so it’s perfect for a cosy getaway.

Situated on an alpaca farm with two acres of land to enjoy and beautiful views of the mountains. There is lots to enjoy whether you choose to spend your time hiking in the nearby Black Mountains, discovering the local wild swimming spots, or exploring nearby Abergavenny and its shops, restaurants, and bars.

Original Showman’s Waggon near Offas Dyke

A beautiful and original 1900’s Showman’s Waggon in the heart of a traditional welsh farmstead close to the Offas Dyke footpath. This Waggon has been sympathetically restored retaining many period featured including a magnificently painted ceiling. It is completely off grid without compromising on comfort or facilities. It has a wood burning stove, an induction hob, kettle and cool box. There is a separate bathroom with shower and state of the art compost loo.
